1. Agreement to these terms
By using Pinball Market, submitting a form, or purchasing, trading, or requesting service for a machine, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Marketplace information
We aim to describe machines accurately, but availability, pricing, condition, included items, and specifications may change. A listing is not a binding offer until the parties confirm the transaction in writing.
3. Purchases and payments
Payment method, deposit, pickup, delivery, taxes, and final price will be confirmed before a sale. Machines remain available until a deposit or payment is accepted. Unless expressly stated otherwise, used machines are sold in their documented condition.
4. Trade-ins and valuations
Online valuations are preliminary and depend on inspection, condition, completeness, market demand, and the accuracy of information supplied. Submitting a trade-in form does not require either party to complete a transaction.
5. Repair services
Repair requests are estimates of need, not guaranteed diagnoses. Scope, parts, labor, transportation, timing, and cost must be approved separately. Additional issues may be discovered during diagnosis.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, submit unlawful or misleading material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or upload content you do not have permission to provide.
7. Limitation and changes
To the extent allowed by law, Pinball Market is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. We may update these terms as services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
